1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any service offered by Assign Tutors ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including students, parents, tutors, assignment experts, and visitors. The platform connects students and parents with independent tutors and educational service providers.

2. Platform Services

Assign Tutors provides services including but not limited to:

• Home Tuition
• Online Classes
• Assignment Assistance
• Academic Project Support
• Tutor Discovery and Matching
• Educational Job Opportunities

Assign Tutors acts only as a facilitator between users and does not guarantee academic performance, examination results, admissions, placements, earnings, or assignment grades.

3. User Registration

For Students & Parents

• Users must provide accurate and complete information.
• Parents or guardians should register on behalf of minors.
• Students must maintain respectful conduct with tutors and platform representatives.

For Tutors

• Tutors must provide genuine personal, educational, and professional information.
• Submission of fake documents, misleading qualifications, or false claims may result in immediate account termination.
• Tutors are responsible for keeping their profile updated.

4. Tutor Lead Policy

• Assign Tutors may provide a maximum of 12 active leads per tutor at any given time.
• Lead allocation depends on tutor profile quality, availability, subject expertise, location, student requirements, and platform policies.
• Receiving Premium status does not guarantee a specific number of leads, student conversions, classes, or income.
• Assign Tutors reserves the right to increase, decrease, suspend, or discontinue lead allocation at its sole discretion.

5. Referral Program

Tutor Referral Program

Tutors may participate in the referral program by sharing their referral link through the dashboard. A referral will be considered valid only when:

• The referred user completes registration.
• Registration is verified and approved by Assign Tutors.
• The referred user complies with platform policies.

Free to Premium Upgrade Offer

• Tutors can convert their Free Registration Plan into a Premium Plan by completing 10 successful referrals.
• All 10 referred users must complete registration and receive approval from Assign Tutors.
• Upon successful verification, the tutor's account may automatically be upgraded to Premium.

Important Notes

• This referral offer is available for a limited period only.
• Self-referrals, duplicate registrations, fake accounts, or fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited.
• Assign Tutors reserves the right to reject any referral without providing a reason.

6. Premium Membership

Premium membership may include additional platform benefits, visibility, or lead opportunities. However:

• Premium membership does not guarantee student leads.
• Premium membership does not guarantee demo classes.
• Premium membership does not guarantee tutor selection by students.
• Premium membership does not guarantee earnings.

Benefits may vary from time to time.

7. Payments & Refunds

• Assign Tutors never charges any fees to students and tutors for the basic platform service.
• Any paid charge fees (such as premium plans or specific service charges) are strictly non-refundable.
• However, upon special request to the Assign Tutors team, a refund may be evaluated and decided based on the specific situation, at the team's sole discretion.
• Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more detailed information.
• Service charges, premium plans, and promotional offers may be revised at any time.

8. User Conduct

Users shall not:

• Create fake accounts.
• Submit false information.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users.
• Misuse the referral system.
• Attempt to damage, hack, or disrupt platform operations.
• Engage in unlawful activities through the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Assign Tutors reserves the absolute right to:

• Suspend any account.
• Reject any registration.
• Cancel any referral reward.
• Remove Premium benefits.
• Restrict access to services.
• Permanently terminate any tutor, student, parent, or other user account.

Such action may be taken without prior notice if Assign Tutors believes there has been a violation of platform policies, misuse of services, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the platform.

10. Modification of Plans & Offers

All plans, benefits, pricing, referral programs, lead policies, rewards, and promotional offers are subject to change. Assign Tutors reserves the right to:

• Modify any plan.
• Change referral requirements.
• Revise Premium benefits.
• Discontinue any offer.
• Launch new offers.
• Withdraw existing offers.

At any time and without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Assign Tutors shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income.
• Loss of business opportunities.
• Academic results.
• Tutor performance.
• Student performance.
• Assignment outcomes.
• Technical interruptions.
• Third-party actions.

Users utilize the platform at their own discretion and risk.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and branding displayed on Assign Tutors remain the exclusive property of Assign Tutors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

13. Privacy

Users agree to provide accurate information and permit Assign Tutors to use such information for service delivery, verification, communication, and platform operations in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of Assign Tutors shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Assign Tutors reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
